A Misher-Masher!

Happy Sunday to all my friends!  Hope your weekend has been smashing and fun AND COOL, LOL!  We were supposed to go white water rafting yesterday but Riley took a gigantic spill on his bike Friday evening and he was just too banged up and sore to do it.  So we’ll be going after we get back from NY and Canada hopefully when we are all well LOL.  But he’s ok, just sore and scraped up with road rash everywhere—no fun!  But we did go to the Loudoun County Fair yesterday and then saw the Rodeo last night (with both my boys) which was fun.  Alexa is in Ocean City with friends so she didn’t join us, but we ate some funnel cakes, fried oreos and frozen lemonade (gotta love fair food huh?)!  Today we are headed to the pool for a bit more downtime and then I gotta get some work done LOL in the evening, but it was a nice laid back weekend which I enjoyed!

Today I’m just sharing a misher-masher of things with you that you might be interested in---including my CMC DT projects for the current challenge, a card/poem made by a friend and some newsies for ya!  And I’ll be back all this week with fun projects including the new Gina K releases!

-Make sure to check out those new Elisabeth Bell for SCACD “Peekers 2 Collection”---they are sure to steal your heart!

-If you loved those Sew Easy tools than you will LOVE LOVE the new Sew Ribbon Tools—very cool and easy to use on your cards or scrapbook projects!  7 Kids has those and the Sew Stampers (for faux sewing) in the store now!

-If you haven’t joined in on the BookEndz group yet there is plenty of time to do that—you can join anytime and everyone is welcome!  But you only have until Aug. 4th to join in on the Party Challenges to win some great prizes---so head on over to join up, play along and read a great book!!

I have a fabulous, talented and very lovely DT for my CMC Challenge Group---I just adore each of these ladies and happy to call them all my friends!  They do a smashing job for each challenge we have over at CMC and I just wanted to spotlight them all!  The current CMC Challenge will end this Friday, Aug 5th so you still have time to join in---the challenge is to use Copics and use the colors AQUA, RED, CREAM/WHITE!!

If you have an interest in trying out for the CMC Challenge DT you can read details on how to apply HERE!  The next DT Gals will be announced and added in October!

And lastly a fun card and poem that was done by my friend Cat Gondek who is in my online CMC Classes and was in my Chicago classes as well!  She’s a sweetie and you have to read her poem she created—it makes me giggle each time!  Thanks Cat!  (and YES if you disobey my classroom rules you gotta get up and dance with me, hee hee)

Have a great Sunday everyone & see you tomorrow!
