Hello Friends & Happy Monday to ya! I'm off today to see my friend Marti---we're cooking up some secret projects (shhh...can't tell), hee hee! We had a good weekend, saw family, played "Quelf" and ate at Bertucci's (my fave)! I also got some work done which is always a good thing---now if we could just get rid of all this white snow, blech! I'm so sick of looking outside and seeing only white ya know? I cannot wait until it's green outside and I can open my windows wide and enjoy the fresh, WARM air! It couldn't come soon enough I tell ya :o)
-Susana's Store has some fabulous new products including Magic Mesh HERE and BEAUT-i-FUL Robin's Nest flat-back diamonds and mini drops HERE! And don't forget all those fabulous Elisabeth Bell for SCACD NEW stamps HERE!
-I have a NEW Copic Video up HERE that shows how to use your Copics like Distress Inks! This one covers blues, greens and different hair color! Find the stamp I used HERE!
-I also have a FUN NEW Video on Fun Ways to Use Magic Mesh HERE! It's a really fun product to use--so many creative uses!
The papers I used are from Best Creation--aren't they so cheery and spring-like, I love 'em! The lil round sentiment is from an old SU set I have and love and then I just layered more Primas together for my flowers embellies. SUZANNE TIP: I buy Prima Sprites in Green and then cut the the petals apart to make leaves for my flowers! The swirls are made with this punch HERE.
Here's a closer look at those candy-canes TURNED into Lolli-pops! There is also diamond glaze on her white patent shoes and lots of stickles on her pocket and present. On the ribbon around the present, the heart in her pocket and on top of the Prima roses I used the NEW Smooch Illuminate--it looks sparkly white but is very sheer so you can use it on top of anything for a soft sparkle. (COPIC COLORS used: R85,R83,R81,YG25,YG00,YG0000,C2,C1/Hair: E35,E31,YR21,YR20) I think she turned out super cute--whaddya think?!! As always you can find a ton of these cutie-pie stamps HERE at Magnolia-licious!
See ya back here tomorrow!!

My snowdrops are up in the back yard and my daffs in the front yard are ready to open up here on Vancouver Island. Today it is very foggy but I am hoping it will go away and have some more sunshine today. Looks like rain for the next 4 days though.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the tutorials. I am just learning to use the distress inks and have found your lessons very good even though they are for copics. Your latest Tutorial looks so amazing. I love how you coloured it. I have just coloured this exact Tilda and now see where I have gone wrong in my shading.
