Happy Weekend to you all---bet you're having a nicer one than me! So far we have 25 inches and counting and it's still coming down hard---it's miserable I tell ya! I'm so sick of white, I need COLOR!! But we're hunkered down and I've been crafting and reading by my fireplace so it's all good--hubby does the shoveling! And for fun last night I groomed the doggies so the snow didn't hang onto all their fur so much--they LOVED that, LOL! Actually Casey (my older cairn) loves baths and to be groomed but Baylee is a whole 'nother story--she is not always so cooperative! Casey is so funny in the snow--she sticks her head down in the snow and tunnels under it as much as she can--but she's no fun to clean up!
If you want to see a funny YouTube video, check out the dog below(This is NOT my dog though, LOL)--it still CRACKS me up! LOL!! Snow makes me wanna cry, but you might as well get some laughs along the way right?!!!
-Do you want to be a Guest Designer for Mo's Digital Pencil alongside the Dream Team? Then check out how HERE!!
-Susana's Custom Art & Card Design has the NEW Smooch Spritz & Paints up for sale now--get each set of 8 for the price of 7! Also up for Sale now is the Brand NEW Ultrafine Flower Soft in stock--get all 8 for the price of 7!!
A lil' bit closer up image to show you the diamond glaze I used on the olives and celery for shine! I just adore this image I tell ya!
Yes, I'm wishing myself some sunshine right now--LOL and this lil' cutie brings a smile to my face! This is a fun new image from I Brake For Stamps and you get a whole sheet of cuties--see HERE! (If you order, use the coupon code "SAVE10SUZANNE" to get 10% off your whole order) This layout is this past week's SCS Sketch 266 and the papers are from DCWV's "Citrus" pack--nice & cheery! The sentiment is from the PTI set "Scattered Showers" as is the ribbon. I added a few rhinestones and CB'ed the yellow cs!
This cutie was colored with Copics of course and I gave her pants some white polka-dots, stickles on the umbrella and diamond glaze on the puddle and raindrops that I colored in!
Stay Safe & Warm! I'll be back Super Bowl night with a special tribute to Haiti--so make sure and check in!
GO SAINTS!!!! GEAUX SAINTX!!!!
Thank you for just wounderful copic-tutorials!!!

Starting to look like Sweden outside your house my friend. I can only agree - we have had our share of snow for a long time now - but they keep on telling us that there will be more. My biceps are growing every day, hm.......

Oh my how much snow???
ReplyDeleteWe ground to a halt with 8" of snow!
Please don't send any my way though!
Your kitty kat card is so stinkin cute. Love those olives. Excellent work. I love your snow picture. Here I sit in California asking for photos of snow from all my east coast buddies. Thanks for sharing all, it was nice having dinner with you at the Cheese cake factory.
ReplyDeleteLove your cards, the cat looks so content just like my neigbors cat downstairs... I'm in Philly so we also had around 20 plus inches of snow. Got my car dugged out..you should see the mountains of snow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the video, by the way there was a dog show down the Jersey shore. Heard the owners didn't want the dogs to play in the snow before the show, hope they let them afterwards
I agree - enough is enough! We have around 18-20" in central Virginia also. Tomorrow will be dig out day! But today was stamping day! Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteHi Suzanne! I've been thinking of you today as I've watched the weather reports from your area of the country...BRRR! Glad you're home safe and warm and taking the opportunity to make such terrific cards. Your kitty card is terrific and with the perfect sentiment. BTW, if you get sick and tired of cold and snow my guest room is available. We're having blue skies and sunshine here in the Tucson area. And the largest gem and mineral show in the world will be going on here for the next week or two.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute cute card, Suzanne! That cat is a crack up! Just like your Stinkerbell. LOL Too funny!
ReplyDeleteLove the dalmation in the snow! He looks like he's having a blast!
We've had rain, rain & more rain in southern Calif. today. Hoping for better weather for all of us next week.
Huggies ~
Sharron ♥
You have a 'Stinkerbell" too! That is what we call our Tinkerbell! What a darling card!
ReplyDeleteHi Suzanne!
ReplyDeleteI adored the video. I had such a laugh. Oh I would love some snow here in stinkin hot Australia. I have never seen snow like that. I t must be horrible when it melts though.
I love your pussy cat card. What a fun stamp and you have done such a good job of it. I have a real cheeky ragdoll cat that likes to give me nip now and again just to let me know he is around.
Hugs Marion
girl--I'm right with you with the snow. I live off the I95 corridore and our last count was 24". We have a little pom and he had to adjust to it at first with his short legs and all. lol..poor thing, he'd take a step and sink down a few inches. It took us all day just to unburry the driveway and sidewalks.
ReplyDeleteI just love your little kitty card. And your little kitty, look just like her...Awesom cards Suzanne. I loved both of them...
Hugs
Nancy T.
OMG! I check this out last night before going to bed and chuckled all the way! I even showed my husband the video...he enjoyed too. As for the kitty card...sweet. Now about the sweetie in the rain...too cute for words! Thanks for a great weekend posting...what a variety of goodies!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snow!
Watching the snow storm on the news. Come to the Olympics in Vancouver. WE are having an early spring here - crocus up, trees budding out. Unfortunately having to truck in snow for one of the venues. Whistler okay but local mountains suffering.
