So today, Susana's Custom Art & Card Design (SCACD) has a Mystery Blog Hop for ya & I'm the start of it!! This hop is a BIG "thank ya" to Della the owner of I Brake For Stamps--she presses all the stamps for Susana & gets them out to us designers AND has a wonderful stamp store herself, so we love her!! Now there are some fabby prizes involved but to win you HAVE to leave a comment on each DT's post for the hop AND answer the question on the store blog at the end of the hop (prizes are listed there as well)! It will be a mystery of whose blog the comment gets picked from at the end of the contest--which is why you need to comment on every blog for a chance!! Got it?
I've used a couple different stamps for my projects today and first up are these fabulous "Fashion Girls" found HERE. I just loved them as soon as I saw them & knew I had the most perfect dp by Graphic 45 to use with them (I've been hoarding it, hee hee).
I used all the same products on each notecard including Kaiser black pearls, Offray satin ribbon and oval nestabilities. This is my fave "gal" cuz' I love her lil' dog & her dress!! I used all the same color Copics on the girls too (E55,E53,E51,W7,W5,W3,W1,R29,R08,R05,R02)!
Each gal also got some diamond stickles & pixie dust Shimmerz on their outfits too! Gotta have sparkles ya know!
Aren't they just fabulous--I love anything vintage & these fit the bill perfectly! This set of notecards will be for sale in my Etsy shop if you love 'em (they're hard for me to give up, cuz' I wanna keep them--wahhh)!!
Second project totally CRACKS ME UP, it's still making me giggle, hee hee! I adore, adore the Humorous Senior stamps that I Brake For Stamps carries--they are HILARIOUS! This stamp is "Tiger Tina" & I think she's rrrrroarin' to go, LOL! I love her zebra pants (cuz' you know how much I love zebra--its my fave) & I put a nice coat of diamond stickles on top of them so they were sparkly.
Her hot pink boa got some fun & furry sparkle fluff--love this stuff, so soft, sparkly & comes in tons of fun colors! I even gave her some blue eyeshadow & some pink Smooch stripes in her hair to dress her up, hee hee! The zebra dp is by BoBunny and the other 2 papers are from SU & PTI. I added some fun silver roping, stars with rhinestones on the top & I HAD to add some of these fun hot pink feathers I bought at AC Moore! How fun are they? And the sentiment just floors me "We're not old people, we're just recycled teenagers" (from I Brake For Stamps as well)! This is a fun birthday card for someone special so I hope they love it as much as I do!!
Now if you're itchin' to buy some of these Della has a special coupon code good for I Brake For Stamps store ONLY thru Aug.16th for 15% off! Code is "BLOGHOP"!!
To follow along on the blog hop (remember to leave comments for a chance to win--see prizes on the store blog here) your next stop is the fabulous DANNI!!
Have fun hoppin' & I'll see ya back here tomorrow!
hugz,
Suzanne
